I don’t know where this quote was published, but it’s definitely true. Refn’s Drive was a really solid movie; it kickstarted my latest movie-watching trend, which has consisted mostly of minimal crime thrillers with a calm and well-dressed ‘man-of-few-words’ as its protagonist. Gosling is channeling so many cool guys in Drive!
